Data Entry (ERP) - Maintenance Department

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Data Entry to support maintenance operations by accurately entering and tracking maintenance requests and spare parts in the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and process maintenance requests in the system
• Create and update spare parts requests in ERP
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and spare parts usage
• Coordinate with maintenance and warehouse teams
• Track and update request status until closure
• Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy
• Prepare basic reports when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Maintenance, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or logistics
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
