Data Entry Executive

Milano Exclusive Flooring is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive with mandatory experience in QuickBooks to manage sales, accounts, and operational data accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain daily financial data in QuickBooks
• Record sales invoices, purchase bills, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile customer, vendor, and bank records
• Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and expense records
• Prepare basic reports from QuickBooks as required
• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for data verification
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all data

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (must have)
• Proven experience in data entry or accounts support
• Strong command of MS Excel and MS Word
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Education & Skills:

• Intermediate / Graduate (Commerce preferred)
• Good typing speed and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
