Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure records are complete and up to date.
- Handle back office sales documentation and administrative tasks.
- Support the sales team with data management and coordination.
- Prepare reports and maintain organized digital records.
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company and customer information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry, CRM management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with back office sales processes is preferred.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer applications.
