About Us

Al Khaleej Polymers, part of the Terrain Group of Companies, is a leading manufacturing and trading group operating in the rubber and plastic industries. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Junior Accounts Assistant to join our factory operations team in Ras Al Khaimah.

Important Notice:
This is a fully on-site role based at our manufacturing facility in RAK. Company-provided bachelor accommodation within the factory premises is included. Candidates must be willing to relocate and reside on-site.

Role Overview

This is an entry-level position focused primarily on accurate data entry, logical reasoning, and basic accounting support. You will assist the finance and operations team by ensuring all daily transactions and records are accurately maintained in our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into Tally and MS Excel
• Process basic Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders (SOs), and invoices
• Maintain and update daily site expense logs, worker attendance, and petty cash records
• Assist in basic file management, documentation, and record-keeping for the audit cycle
• Apply logical reasoning to identify and flag discrepancies in basic data sets

Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years in data entry, basic accounts, or admin roles. Freshers with strong logical reasoning skills are welcome to apply
• Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business, or a related field
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Tally and proficiency in MS Excel
• Logistics: Must be willing to live in company-provided accommodation in Al Ghail, RAK
