Data Entry Officer

We are seeking a results-driven individual to manage our real estate marketing efforts, handle incoming leads from social media, and actively communicate with potential clients to drive Sufficient sales per month. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a solid understanding of real estate sales cycles.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Respond to and nurture leads generated through social media and digital platforms.
• Communicate effectively with potential buyers via calls, messages, and in-person (if applicable).
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Schedule property visits, follow up with leads, and push towards closing sales.
• Maintain CRM or lead-tracking system to monitor progress and performance.
• Coordinate with listing agents and internal teams to keep information up to date.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate marketing or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage leads efficiently and follow up consistently.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a big plus.
