1. Data Entry and Management

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in computer systems or databases.
  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.

2. Documentation and Record Keeping

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital records properly.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of information.

3. Quality Control

  • Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
  • Make necessary corrections and maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in data cleaning and formatting tasks.

4. Reporting and Coordination

  • Generate simple reports or summaries as required by supervisors.
  • Coordinate with other departments to collect or verify data.
  • Support administrative or clerical tasks as needed.

5. Technical and Software Usage

  • Use MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, or other data management tools efficiently.
  • Learn to operate office equipment like scanners, printers, and photocopiers.

6. Learning and Development

  • Gain knowledge of company data systems and policies.
  • Attend training sessions to improve typing speed, accuracy, and software skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
