Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, verify, and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all entries and reports.
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all documents (digital and physical).
  • Communicate with internal departments to collect or clarify data as required.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
  • Assist in documentation, correspondence, and coordination tasks when needed.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies promptly.
  • Support administrative and operational functions related to data management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in data entry, back-office operations, or administrative support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
