Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into the company’s software, spreadsheets, or databases accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain proper records of all entries and ensure data backup as per company procedures.
- Retrieve data as requested by management or other departments.
- Assist in preparing reports, statements, and documentation as required.
- Handle confidential information responsibly and ensure data security.
- Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify necessary information.
- Perform routine data quality checks and report discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) in an organized manner.
- Support administrative and clerical activities as assigned.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and record keeping.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma in Computer Application
- Preferred: Graduate in any discipline with computer proficiency
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Freshers with strong computer skills may also apply.
