Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into the company’s software, spreadsheets, or databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain proper records of all entries and ensure data backup as per company procedures.
  • Retrieve data as requested by management or other departments.
  • Assist in preparing reports, statements, and documentation as required.
  • Handle confidential information responsibly and ensure data security.
  • Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify necessary information.
  • Perform routine data quality checks and report discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) in an organized manner.
  • Support administrative and clerical activities as assigned.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office administration and record keeping.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma in Computer Application
  • Preferred: Graduate in any discipline with computer proficiency

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
  • Freshers with strong computer skills may also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
