Job Title: F&B Executive (Stock & Variance Reporting)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible F&B Executive who can efficiently manage inventory-related tasks, including preparing variance reports and stock reports using Busy Software. The candidate should also be proficient in preparing advanced reports in Excel or Google Sheets. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly variance reports.
• Maintain and update stock reports in Busy Software.
• Prepare advanced reports, summaries, and analyses in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Monitor inventory movement and highlight discrepancies.
• Coordinate with production, store, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely submission of all reports.
• Support F&B operations as required by management.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Experience in the F&B / FMCG industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Busy Software, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work accurately with numbers.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Details:

• Duty Hours: 10 Hours
• Monthly Off: 02 Days
• Meal: 1 Time Meal Provided by Company
• Transport: Pick & Drop Service Available
• Annual Bonus: 25%
• Increment: 8% to 10% every year in April

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
