Data Entry Operator

Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE

About the Role:
Gulf Orchid Perfume Manufacturing is currently hiring a Data Entry Operator to support its Finance and Accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and capable of handling financial data efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain financial and accounting information in the system with high accuracy

Review data for errors and ensure consistency of records
Assist the accounting team with basic financial tasks and document preparation
Organize digital files and maintain records in a systematic manner
Prepare simple reports when required by the department

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in data entry or accounting support role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
• Fluent in Hindi (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Must be ready to join immediately (on visit visa or cancelled visa).

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: Up to AED 2,500 (depending on experience).
• Free accommodation provided by the company.
