Job Overview

We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to handle day-to-day data management tasks. This role requires strong accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently during night hours.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain customer and account information accurately in company systems
• Verify data for correctness, completeness, and consistency
• Manage assigned data entry tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Identify, correct, and report errors or discrepancies in data
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing or unclear information
• Adhere strictly to company data security and confidentiality policies
• Prepare basic reports and keep digital and physical records well-organized
• Perform document scanning, printing, and filing when required
• Handle sensitive information with complete discretion
• Respond promptly to internal data-related requests
• Operate office equipment properly and report technical issues when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in data entry or a related role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Good understanding of written and reading English
• High attention to detail and strong time management abilities
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Basic knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality standards
