Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and review inputted data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Assist in developing and maintaining efficient data management processes.
- Generate reports and data analysis summaries as required.
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Data Analyst.
- Familiarity with databases, spreadsheets, and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain systematic records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data processing systems and data analysis techniques.
- Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data entry or data analysis.
