Data Entry Operator Job On Site and No Remote Work Not Allwed

Location: Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi (On-site role, remote work not available)
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (initially 5 hours daily for 2–3 months, then moving to full-time)
Salary Range: PKR 12,000 – PKR 30,000 per month, depending on performance and experience
Training: Initial 5-day unpaid training. Final hiring decision will be made after successful completion.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to become part of our team. The role primarily includes carrying out online research and uploading/submitting documents on different platforms to assist candidates in securing suitable opportunities.

The ideal applicant will be consistent, organized, and confident in working with online tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online searches for relevant opportunities
• Prepare and submit applications/documents to suitable postings
• Maintain records of all submissions (including links, dates, and status updates)
• Edit or adjust documents/applications based on instructions
• Share regular progress updates on daily/weekly activities
• Work with teammates or clients to update profiles and improve submission strategies

Requirements

• Background in data entry, administrative tasks, or virtual assistance
• Good typing speed and strong web research skills
• Personal computer or laptop with a stable internet connection
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Solid written English communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, emails, and file handling

Additional Preferred Skills

• Prior exposure to job posting or application submission workflows
• Basic document formatting/editing abilities
• Understanding of different job categories and industries
