Data Entry Operator Job On Site and No Remote Work Not Allwed

Location: Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi (On-site only, no remote option)
Work Hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (5-hour shift first 2-3 months than fulltime)
Compensation: Starting from PKR 15,000 per month to PKR 30,000 per month.
Training: 05 days unpaid training. Employment will be offered upon successful completion.

Position: Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Data Entry Operator to join our team. This role involves conducting online research and submitting documents across multiple platforms to support candidates in finding the right opportunities.

The right candidate should be organized, consistent, and comfortable using online tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Search for suitable opportunities across online portals
• Submit documents and applications to matching postings
• Keep detailed records of submissions (job link, date, and status)
• Make adjustments to documents/applications if instructed
• Provide regular updates on daily/weekly submissions
• Collaborate with team members or clients for profile updates or strategy refinements

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, admin support, or virtual assistance
• Strong typing speed and internet research ability
• Must own a computer/laptop with reliable internet access
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good written English communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, email handling, and file management

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with job posting/submission processes
• Basic formatting or editing skills
• Awareness of different job categories and industries
