We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Google Ads Assistant to join our in-house digital marketing team. This is a full-time onsite role, ideal for someone with 3-6 months of hands-on experience in running and managing Google Ads campaigns.
You will work under the supervision of a senior marketer and assist in executing and optimizing paid ad strategies for various clients or internal brands.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube)
• Conduct basic keyword research and help write ad copy
• Monitor ad performance and assist with reporting
• Support campaign optimization tasks under guidance
• Help with A/B testing and budget tracking
• Assist with tracking setup (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager)
• Conduct competitor research and present findings to the team

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and online advertising
• Understanding of metrics like CTR, CPC, impressions, and conversions
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within digital marketing
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Google Ads Certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Work Location & Schedule

• Location: Onsite – Islamabad, DHA Phase-I
• Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Commute: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to DHA Phase-I before starting

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework, internship, or self-learning in digital marketing or Google Ads
• 3–6 months of experience in paid advertising or related field
• Desire to pursue a long-term career in performance marketing
