Job Description:
- Ensure Daily Machine Trackers, KPI Dashboard, Daily Shift Report, Trackers and compliance, Breakdown/Backlog Notification update in BPCS as well as in SAP.
- All Statutory Documentations Update.
- Support Planning and Maintenance Team with proper availability of Job Card and other related documentation.
- Record Keeping with PPT for reviews and compliances.
Qualification, Skills and Experience:
- Graduation in any Stream having minimum 3 years’ experience with data entry and related software’s in mining industry.
- Having good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with strong presentation skills. Knowledge of BPCS and SAP.

- Always Maintaining a professional demeanour, both in appearance and behaviour.
- Consistently meeting deadlines, being punctual, and following through on tasks.
- Being meticulous in tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and scheduling to minimize errors.
- Being flexible and able to handle changing priorities or unexpected tasks effectively.
- Clearly and effectively communicating with colleagues over the phone or via email.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality as required.
- Collaborating with colleagues and providing support when needed to contribute to the overall success of operation at site.
