Data Entry Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM : 1:00 AM (Egypt Time) aligned with US Central Time

Employment Type: Full-time | Hybrid after 3 months (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)

About The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team for one of our valued clients. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining project documentation, and supporting billing and scheduling tasks .

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update project data in spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Monitor and manage emails to ensure all client communications are recorded.
• Track and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs), Time & Material (T&M) tickets, and Change Orders (COs).
• Compile and update production trackers and project look-aheads.
• Review timesheets and production checks to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Support billing by analyzing job performance and verifying estimates vs. actuals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and assist in scheduling and material orders.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, design, and data management).
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in data entry, project coordination, or administrative support is preferred.
