Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our databases and systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and proficiency in various computer applications, particularly Excel. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our data and supporting administrative functions across the organization.

Duties

  • Input and update data into databases and systems with precision and accuracy.
  • Collect, organize, and transcribe information from various sources into electronic formats.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Assist in maintaining organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide clerical support as needed, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
  • Utilize Excel for data management tasks, including creating spreadsheets and generating reports.

Experience

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and clerical procedures is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques.
  • Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From E£6,000.00 per month
