This job opportunity is offered by Elsewedy Electric Graduate Development Program .

The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years' of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties including filing, copying, typing, and delivering various documents to partner companies and departments.
  • Maintain and update electronic document control systems, including filing and archiving of documents.
  • Operate business machines such as scanners, copiers, and printers efficiently.
  • Use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to complete assigned tasks.
  • Organize, maintain, and ensure the integrity of the company's records system.
  • Manage document retention policies for all existing and ongoing documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems within current processes or operational environment.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain accurate files and control logs in accordance with project requirements.
  • Oversee document control registers, including records of incoming and outgoing project documents


You're a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • 0 to 2 years of experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer skills: MS Office
