Job Details

As a Data Entry Coordinator / Office Administrator on our team, we are looking for:

• California residency
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
• High typing accuracy and speed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office software
• Experience working in architecture, construction, or engineering environments
• Familiarity with project management or document management systems
• Basic understanding of project documentation and contract records
• Experience handling digital drawings, project logs, or document control
