About Our Client:

Our client is expanding their team due to increased business volume and is seeking additional administrative support to assist the operations and sales teams with managing a high volume of data, reporting, and system coordination.


Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring a Data Entry / Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client. This role is heavily focused on data entry, reporting, and administrative support within a fast-paced environment. The position works closely with leadership and sales support teams to manage quotes, maintain system data, and assist with operational tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter a high volume of quotes and order-related information into internal systems
  • Review incoming emails and update relevant data within the database
  • Contact vendors or industry contacts to gather current market pricing information
  • Generate reports and distribute data to the sales team as needed
  • Assist leadership with administrative projects, reporting, and database updates
  • Support the sales and repair teams by entering and organizing order details
  • Maintain organized records and ensure system data is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with spreadsheet tracking related to inventory and operational data


Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or quote entry
  • Strong typing speed with high attention to accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, repetitive data environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and managing large data sets
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions when needed
  • Detail-oriented with strong listening skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or product-based environments preferred
