We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organised Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in our New York, NY, United States office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining large volumes of data, playing a crucial role in the efficiency and success of our daily operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $35 - $45 per hour (USD).

Responsibilities

* Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various company databases and systems, including client records, property details, and project information.
* Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents and identifying any discrepancies.
* Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output to ensure quality.
* Generate reports, retrieve data from databases, and prepare information for internal teams as required.
* Uphold data integrity and confidentiality standards at all times.
* Organise and archive documents in an efficient and accessible manner.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure their data-related needs are met in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
* Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A commitment to handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* A high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications will be considered an asset.
* Familiarity with the property or construction industry is desirable but not essential.
