Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and supporting various administrative functions.

Duties

  • Input and update data into computerized systems with high accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, supporting other departments when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

Requirements

  • Proficient in office software applications, particularly spreadsheets and word processing programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills for data verification and calculations.
  • Experience with computerized systems for data management is preferred.
  • Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles or data entry is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • QuickBooks proficiency is required.
