We’re looking for a Data Hygienist Trainee who enjoys working with data and is eager to learn and grow. In this role, you’ll help us make smarter business decisions by analysing data and sharing insights in a simple, clear way.
The ideal candidate is comfortable using tools like Salesforce, enjoys solving problems with data, and is open to learning new systems and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate account and contact records within Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the system.
- Perform thorough deduplication and merge processes for accounts and contacts in Salesforce by reviewing and validating duplicate records.
- Leverage advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data tools to optimize data entry, organization, and reporting efficiency.
- Maintain standardized naming conventions and formatting for accounts, contacts, and lead records.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness by regularly auditing Salesforce records and correcting inconsistencies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (like Business, Marketing, or Computer Science).
- Previous experience working with Excel, data or reports (internship or full-time).
- Comfortable using Salesforce or similar systems to build dashboards and run reports.
- Curious and detail-oriented—you like figuring out how things work and how they can be better.
- Strong communication skills—you can explain what the data means, not just what it says.
- Open to learning new tools, whether it's a reporting platform or a marketing automation system.
