Core Responsibilities:

• Following the bank’s Data & Analytics strategy and roadmap to commercialize data assets.
• Engage business and support functions in identifying and prototyping Insights use cases.
• Forecast the ROI of use cases and get approval to these from business/support function stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, implementation and handover of selected use cases.
• Contribute in defining the bank’s data collection strategy and best practices.
• Evangelise the benefits of data driven decisions, identify needs for training and up-skilling and oversee coaching and organizational change activities.
• Prototype analytics use cases and Monetize the bank’s data in consultation with business and support functions.
• Support end-to-end delivery of Insights-as-a service in direct collaboration with IT Data Management and business support functions making sure that data driven insights are operationally usable. in line with roadmap.
• Advise, influence and report to executives, sponsors and Head of Data Innovation.
• Manage team of in-house Data Innovation Analytics Pod Team and developing a “can-do” culture within the team and wider stakeholder group.
• Manage key vendor relationships through the course of delivery projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory compliance and ISR policies with regards to use of data at all times.
• Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Head of Data Advisory in order to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Management, or any relevant major.
• At least four years’ experience in Analytics and Data functions in financial/banking sector.
