Digital Transformation Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end digital transformation programs that align with organizational strategy.

Identify and implement emerging technologies (AI, RPA, IoT, Blockchain) to improve processes.

Collaborate with business units to redesign workflows for efficiency and customer experience.

Develop and track transformation roadmaps with clear KPIs and measurable ROI.

Champion change management and digital adoption across the organization.
IT Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud solutions).

Manage enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, BI platforms) to support business needs.

Ensure cybersecurity and compliance with industry standards.

Oversee IT service management using ITIL best practices.

Lead technology upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
Experience and Certifications:

Experience
in digital transformation, innovation management, or business process reengineering.

Experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or enterprise systems management

Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects.

Strong understanding of data analytics, automation, and digital business models.

Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, TOGAF are an plus.

Bachelor degree in relevant technical major (e.g. MIS, Computer Science) is required.
