Digital Transformation Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation programs that align with organizational strategy.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies (AI, RPA, IoT, Blockchain) to improve processes.
• Collaborate with business units to redesign workflows for efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop and track transformation roadmaps with clear KPIs and measurable ROI.
• Champion change management and digital adoption across the organization.

IT Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud solutions).
• Manage enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, BI platforms) to support business needs.
• Ensure cybersecurity and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee IT service management using ITIL best practices.
• Lead technology upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.

Experience and Certifications:

• Experience in digital transformation, innovation management, or business process reengineering.
• Experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or enterprise systems management
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, automation, and digital business models.
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, TOGAF are an plus.
• Bachelor degree in relevant technical major (e.g. MIS, Computer Science) is required.
