We are looking for a Data Management Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in data warehousing modelling and business intelligence, and you’re ready to make an impact in the banking sector, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial services
• Comprehensive knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Modelling (Dimensional, 3NF) concepts
• Expertise in BI tools (especially OBI) and PL/SQL
• Proficiency in SQL performance tuning and optimization techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn complex structures quickly
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude

Job Description:

• Understand business concepts, user needs, and the value of data, focusing on delivering results
• Design, implement, test, and deploy optimal solutions for local, global, and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring data life cycle and privacy compliance
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Business Intelligence reports for maximum quality and performance
• Analyze existing data structures for usage, discrepancies, and efficiency; propose and implement improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the data warehouse environment
