Master-Works is seeking a results-driven Data Management Specialist with over 5 years of experience to join our innovative team. This role focuses on enhancing our data management initiatives to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and compliance across various projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data management processes and technologies while demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain data management processes that support organizational objectives and data governance standards.
  • Perform data quality assessments, identifying issues and recommending solutions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document data requirements and policies.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to promote data management best practices.
  • Utilize data management technologies to automate processes and enhance data workflows.
  • Monitor data management performance metrics, preparing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continually improve data management practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Data Science, or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in data management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data management tools (e.g., data integration, ETL tools).
  • Experience with data profiling and data quality assessment methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
