Data Scientist

To analyze large and complex datasets using statistical methods and machine learning algorithms, deriving valuable insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and prepare data from various internal and external sources.

Design and build predictive models using Machine Learning and AI techniques.

Apply advanced statistical analysis to discover hidden patterns and relationships.

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Development, Business) to translate needs into analytical solutions.

Monitor, validate, and continuously improve model performance.

Present findings and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in data science and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or predictive modeling.

Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL).

Knowledge of Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

Strong skills in data visualization and reporting.

Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
