About the Role

The Data Manager plays a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, service fulfillment, and standardized account auditing across Second Nature’s portfolio. This individual will be responsible for conducting weekly audits of enrollments and package details using a Standard Auditing Process, validating Salesforce and PAS (Property Accounting Software) data, and ensuring accuracy in billing and enrollments. In addition, the Data Manager will assist with ad-hoc analytical requests from cross-functional teams to support business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Account Auditing & Data Integrity

• Perform weekly audits of assigned accounts using the Standard Audit Process.

• 
  Validate enrollment and package details across Salesforce and PAS platforms (Appfolio, Buildium, RentVine, PropertyWare, RentManager).

• 
  Identify and resolve discrepancies in resident enrollments, packages, billing amounts, and account rules.

• 
  Execute data cleanup, updates, cancellations, and re-enrollments to ensure service and billing accuracy.

• 
  Ensure audit summaries, notes, and post-audit actions are accurately documented in Salesforce.

• 
  Maintain consistent data upload and verification processes using Data Loader and other automation tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Implementation Managers, and Product Support to resolve audit discrepancies and escalate issues.

• 
  Collaborate with Operations and Billing teams to ensure alignment on account data accuracy.

• 
  Communicate post-audit summaries, pending items, and partner questions in a clear and structured way.

Analytics & Business Support

• Support the business with ad-hoc data analysis requests related to enrollments, billing, services, and operational efficiency.

• 
  Create reports and dashboards as needed to track KPIs, audit results, and data integrity trends.

• 
  Proactively identify opportunities to streamline audit and reporting processes through automation.

About you

• 2+ years of experience in data management, auditing, or operations support.

• 
  Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables, v-lookups).

• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• 
  Experience handling large datasets with accuracy and consistency.

• 
  Ability to follow structured SOPs while also identifying areas for process improvement.

• Preferred: Experience with Property Accounting Systems (Appfolio, Buildium, RentVine, PropertyWare, RentManager)

• Preferred: Familiarity with Data Loader, automation scripts, or similar ETL/data integration tools.

• Preferred: Background in subscription billing, property management, or SaaS operations.

Success Metrics

• Weekly audits are completed on time, with minimal discrepancies.

• Salesforce data reflects accurate and up-to-date enrollment, package, and billing information.

• Audit summaries and post-audit actions are consistently clear, actionable, and complete.

• Ad-hoc analysis requests are delivered with accuracy and insights that support business priorities.

• Data processes are continuously improved for efficiency and scalability.

Compensation Range: $54K - $57K
