We are looking for a skilled ETL & Data Migration Manager with strong hands-on experience in data quality assurance to join our team.
You will play a key role in leading the data migration, designing, developing, and validating data migration processes for enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple source systems like SAP/4HANA.
- Implement data validation and QA checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with business rules.
- Conduct test migrations, simulations, and reconciliation to validate data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL issues, ensuring timely delivery of migration waves.
- Document processes, maintain audit logs, and support governance and compliance requirements.
- 9+ years of experience in ETL development and data migration projects.
- Extensive experience in team management.
- Proficiency in ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills for data profiling, transformation, and validation.
- Hands-on experience in data quality assurance, including validation scripts and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of data governance, change control, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
