Valleysoft | Center of Excellence is seeking talented Data & ML Engineers to join our innovative team. As Data & ML Engineers, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions and machine learning models to support our clients' business goals.

The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in data engineering, machine learning, and software development, with proven experience in building scalable data pipelines and deploying machine learning solutions. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and storage.
• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Implement and optimize data processing workflows using big data technologies and frameworks.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability throughout the data lifecycle.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data and machine learning models to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in data engineering and machine learning.
• Document technical processes and provide training on data engineering and machine learning practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data engineering and machine learning development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• 10 years Relevant experience in data engineering and machine learning.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in data engineering or machine learning (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Professional Data Engineer) are preferred.
• Understanding of data governance and data privacy regulations.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Understanding of National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) is preferred.
• Experience with Dublin Core Metadata is a preferred.
