We are looking for a
Product Manager
to lead the development and delivery of data monetization platforms and products. This role focuses on translating business strategies into scalable digital products, working closely with engineering, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage the delivery of monetization products and platforms from requirements to launch.

Support defining and maintaining the product roadmap by:
-Breaking down high-level strategy into detailed requirements and deliverables
-Prioritizing features based on business needs and client demand

Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to:
-Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
-Follow up on development progress and ensure timely delivery
-Support testing (UAT) and ensure production readiness
-
Work and manage product lifecycle management activities including:
-Feature development and enhancements
-Product releases and updates
-Issue tracking and resolution
-Post-launch support and optimization

Collaborate with the Data Monetization commercial team to:
-Translate client requirements into product features
-Assist in go-to-market readiness and client onboarding
-
Manage and balance internal and external stakeholder requirements, including regulators, government entities, partners, and enterprise clients.

Monitor product performance by tracking:
-Transaction volumes and usage
-Client adoption and engagement
-Revenue contribution
-Identify gaps and propose improvements

Support client and partner onboarding by:
-Following up on technical readiness
-Ensuring smooth go-live and activation
-
Ensure products comply with PDPL, data governance policies, cybersecurity requirements, and sector regulations (e.g., banking, insurance, telecom ..etc).

Solid understanding of: Data governance and privacy (PDPL) Monetization models (APIs, subscriptions, bundled offerings) and Enterprise and government operating models

Ability to work in highly regulated environments and translate regulatory requirements into product features.

Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial, legal, and regulatory teams.

work in the discovery, design, and development of new products and services based on market needs, customer pain points, and strategic priorities.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering to identify new product opportunities and emerging industry trends.

Build business cases and feasibility assessments for new products, services, and initiatives.

Define product value propositions, target segments, and success metrics.
Requirements:

6+ years of experience
in product management, platform development, or data-driven solutions
-
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Product Management (e.g., CPM) or Business Analysis

Experience working on
large-scale platforms or API ecosystems
-
Background in
government, fintech, or enterprise environments
-
Proven track record of launching and scaling products used by enterprise or government clients
Strong understanding of:

Data monetization models (APIs, subscriptions, bundled offerings)
-
Data governance, privacy, and PDPL
-
Working within regulated environments
