Role Summary

The Data & Operations Manager will support Chai Vision’s International Markets division by ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient marketplace operations across Amazon and other platforms. This role combines operational execution, data management, reporting, and process coordination. You will help drive marketplace accuracy, streamline workflows, and support multi-channel expansion across EMEA and APAC.

What You’ll Do

Strategic & Executional Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Listing Management: Maintain and update product, operational, and listing data across marketplaces and internal systems.
  
• Reporting: Build, maintain, and optimize operational and performance reports for cross-functional teams.
  
• Chargeback Management: Monitor, track, and support resolution of Amazon and retail partner chargebacks.
  
• Multi-Channel Operations: Assist with onboarding, managing, and optimizing listings across platforms such as The Range, eBay, Ankorestore, and others.
  
• Ad Hoc Projects: Support operational initiatives, special tasks, and manager-directed projects related to international operations.

Who You Are

Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal English skills

Extremely proficient in Google Sheets and Excel

Ideally experienced with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon reporting, and general e-commerce workflows

• Familiar with chargeback processes, logistics/warehouse coordination, and marketplace listing tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)

2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or data operations

Proven expertise in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), including formulas, dashboards, and data maintenance

Experience with Amazon Vendor or Seller Central (preferred)

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and manage operational data

• Familiarity with warehouse operations, order workflows, and process-driven environments
