Data Operations Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Operations Officer to manage, update, and maintain organizational data on internal portals and systems. The role ensures data accuracy, timely reporting, and supports decision-making through basic analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain data on company portals and internal systems.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data records.
  • Collect data from departments and compile reports.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Perform basic data analysis and highlight trends or discrepancies.
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve data gaps and errors.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets or data management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
