Data Processing Specialist

BJK Photos is a leader in school and sports photography, dedicated to capturing memories that last a lifetime. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Data Processing Specialist to join our production team during our busiest season. We’re a locally owned company that’s big enough to get the job done right — but small enough to truly care about every employee and customer.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and manage data for upcoming photography sessions.
• Organize and manage image files post-photography.
• Audit subject data and match images with accuracy.
• Process and verify portrait orders and payment information.
• Select the best photos and assess retouching needs.
• Manage corresponding documents and maintain order notes within our database.
• Perform data manipulation and assist with composite creation.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and data entry.
• Experience with image and file management (Apple environment preferred).
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines.

• Seasonal position from late August through December with weekday hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
