• Maintain and update existing databases Document processing procedures for staff review Generate data files and reports for client distribution Perceive beyond the obvious Exhibit passion for delivering superior client service by going above and beyond Ability to interpret data then to take the next steps according to established procedures Data entry skills with an attention to detail and accuracy Working with a cross functional team Ability to take on additional tasks within the team as needed Coding and processing Surety bid and final bond requests within processing standards established by management
