About the Role:

As a Product Manager – Data Strategy, you will be part of the tech leadership team, driving the data strategy and data discovery function, which forms the foundation for trends analysis at AI Palette. You will play a crucial role in ensuring data completeness, quality, and agility while contributing to the overall growth and scalability of the AI Palette platform.

What you’ll be doing…

Product Management:

• Lead initiatives to enhance data completeness and improve actionable insights on the AI SaaS platform.
• Co-design and launch new growth modules in CPG and beyond verticals that contribute to revenue expansion.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and business teams to translate data capabilities into tangible product enhancements.

Data Strategy & Discovery:

• Establish and scale strategic data partnerships to improve agility in data collection and reduce dependency risks.
• Design and implement a Data Quality Management Program to enhance data discovery and trends identification.
• Develop frameworks for identifying and integrating new data sources to strengthen AI Palette’s trend prediction models.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Act as a thought leader in data strategy, shaping AI Palette’s approach to data-driven insights.
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to refine data ingestion, storage, and processing pipelines.
• Partner with customer success and marketing teams to ensure data-driven insights are effectively translated into user-centric product features.

What we’re looking for…

• Experience:
  • 5+ Years f experience in Product Management, Data Strategy, or a related role in AI or SaaS
  • AI Prduct experience will be highly preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with data visualizatin tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
  • Strng understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and data aggregation methodologies.
  • Experience in building and managing data partnerships t enhance data quality and completeness.
• Soft Skills:
  • Ability t work with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between data science, engineering, and business functions.
  • Prficiency in data-driven decision-making, with a track record of improving data quality and insights generation.
  • Excellent cmmunication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive initiatives at both strategic and execution levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related fields
