Are you ready to shape the future of data in supply chain operations? As a Data Product Manager at DHL Supply Chain, you will be at the heart of our data analytics transformation. You’ll lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and interoperable data products that empower our data scientists and accelerate the implementation of impactful analytics use cases across global operations.

Your Key Accountabilities Include:

• Identifying, designing, and maintaining data products that support scalable analytics use cases in supply chain operations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define business rules, data dictionaries, and data models across domains.
• Ensuring data products meet organizational standards for scalability, interoperability, and security.
• Working with domain experts and COEs to make data products accessible to authorized users.
• Publishing and maintaining data catalogues, dictionaries, and models to support transparency and usability.
• Monitoring usage and performance of data products to inform investment and improvement decisions.

What Are We Looking For From You:

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL, SQL/PL SQL, or data modeling for large-scale solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, and other Azure components.
• Strong understanding of supply chain IT systems, with specialization in WMS or TMS.
• Proven ability to translate complex supply chain challenges into actionable data models.
• Experience managing diverse and senior stakeholders across functions.
• Proficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., Hackolade, Power Designer, ERWIN) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
