Data Product Manager (Quick Commerce)

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The Role: We're looking for a Product Manager who loves data and understands retail and on-demand logistics inside out. You’ll be at the center of our data product efforts, building systems that make our entire operation smarter—from the moment an order comes in, through warehouse handling, all the way to the customer's door. Your work will be key to making us faster, more efficient, and more customer-focused. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and lead our data product strategy with a focus on logistics and real-time operational control—including live inventory tracking, dynamic delivery routing, and real-time demand forecasting. 2. Monitor and analyze logistics data streams—such as order status, vehicle locations, and delivery times—to identify inefficiencies and support decisions in warehouse placement, fleet management, and last-mile operations. 3. Work closely with engineering and operations teams to build and scale real-time monitoring tools and smart logistics systems, including live dispatch dashboards, warehouse control systems, and delivery tracking platforms. 4. Implement real-time alerting and performance monitoring systems to quickly detect and resolve bottlenecks across the fulfillment process, improving delivery speed and reducing operational costs. 5. Establish and maintain strong data governance practices for all logistics-related data—ensuring accuracy and reliability across orders, inventory, shipments, and tracking information.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline. 2. 3+ years of experience as a Data Product Manager, preferably within quick-commerce, retail, e-commerce, or supply chain. Experience with dark store operations is highly desirable. 3. Demonstrated success in delivering data or algorithm-driven products such as recommendation engines, pricing systems, inventory planners, or logistics optimizers. 4. Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python (or R), and data visualization tools. 5. Exceptional project management and stakeholder alignment skills, with experience working in agile, cross-functional environments. 6. Business-minded, with a keen ability to derive value from data and a persistent focus on outcomes. 7. Passionate about tackling complex challenges in the retail and logistics sectors.
