Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Product Manager
to support in managing and owning the product strategy and roadmap for the
CCS
and related
OSS
modules. The role involves close collaboration with the product management team to ensure all product initiatives align with business goals, user needs, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder priorities.

Lead product lifecycle activities — from discovery and prioritization to backlog management, release planning, and post-launch evaluation.

Translate business objectives into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and QA teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality product releases.

Engage with stakeholders including senior leadership, external vendors, and government entities to ensure transparency and alignment.

Maintain a deep understanding of logistics and customs-related business processes to guide product decisions.

Support and guide technical discussions around system integrations, APIs, and data flows with engineering teams.

Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive measurable product outcomes.

Use analytics and user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Document and communicate product updates, release notes, and progress using standard tools and frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in product lifecycle management, including discovery, prioritization, backlog management, and release planning.

Background in logistics platforms, customs systems, or supply chain solutions.

Strong technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flow management.

Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging senior leadership and government entities.

Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
