Senior Product Analyst

At Takamol, we’re hiring a Senior Product Analyst to strengthen product performance and decision-making. You will connect business, engineering, quality, and operations—turning business needs into clear deliverables, reporting on product health, and driving corrective actions to ensure KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Report on product performance, impact, and status; synthesize KPIs and insights to inform the product’s next steps.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories/specifications for the development team.
• Facilitate stakeholder management and ensure market/customer feedback is captured and fed into future product iterations.
• Support and track responsive measures when KPIs deviate from the original business case to minimize gaps and improve effectiveness.
• Lead and ensure Quality & Operations adhere to defined product processes and procedures.
• Analyze and monitor product quality-control metrics, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Takamol standards.
• Proactively develop and deepen product-management expertise and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or a relevant area.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Analytical thinking and strong report analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
