Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to manage core BA responsibilities while also serving as PMO/Scrum Lead. The role will be instrumental in leading the IFE Transformation Program, translating business narratives into actionable insights across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed business analysis and prepare functional documentation.
• Act as a Scrum Lead, managing Agile ceremonies and ensuring delivery alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support the transformation program with end-to-end analysis and execution oversight.
• Bridge business needs with technical teams through effective communication and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ﷼14,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
