Data Quality Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Data Quality Analyst to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data quality and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), strong SQL capabilities, and experience building scalable cloud-native data solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, compliance, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Design, develop, and implement data quality and integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including:
• Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
• Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
• Cloud Data Preparation (CDP)
• Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC)
• Build and optimize scalable, cloud-native data pipelines and workflows to ensure high performance and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with data stewards, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Informatica Cloud solutions.
• Perform advanced data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to monitor data quality metrics, remediation progress, and governance compliance.
• Integrate Informatica Cloud solutions with Databricks for advanced analytics and data processing.
• Automate workflows and data transformation processes using Python and/or PowerShell scripting.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts in modern data quality and governance practices.
• Lead cloud-based data quality projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data quality, data integration, or data governance roles.
• Strong SQL expertise with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Proven hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including CDQ, CDI, CDP, and CDGC.
• Experience working with Databricks for analytics and cloud integration.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and visualization.
• Experience with Python and/or PowerShell scripting for automation and orchestration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cloud-based data quality initiatives and deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
