Data Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team on a contract to perm in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing databases, generating compliance reports, and ensuring the accuracy of data analysis. Your expertise will support the creation of dashboards and reporting tools that drive efficient decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Access databases to ensure proper functionality and data integrity.

• Develop detailed compliance reports using Power BI, Excel, and specialized tools.

• Collaborate with the technology team to configure and optimize automation systems.

• Lead data collection efforts for field reporting and act as a project manager for related initiatives.

• Conduct training sessions to familiarize stakeholders with system functionalities and reporting tools.

• Create dashboards to monitor compliance standards and identify areas needing corrective actions.

• Perform regular audits on databases to maintain data accuracy and reliability.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with databases and reporting systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, and Access for developing reports.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets from multiple sources and transform them into actionable insights.
• Skilled in creating dashboards and manipulating data for business intelligence purposes.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and reporting tools such as Power BI.
