Data & Reporting Analyst (ERP)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst (ERP) to support our ERP implementation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, smooth migration, and insightful reporting to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and Power BI, along with a solid understanding of ERP data structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Migration & Preparation

• Clean, validate, and prepare master and transactional data
• Support migration activities from legacy systems

Data Validation & Reconciliation

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated data
• Perform reconciliation between legacy and new systems

Reporting & Dashboards

• Develop Power BI dashboards and MIS reports
• Track key KPIs such as AR aging, revenue, and collections

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate data-related activities and meetings
• Collaborate with Functional and CRM teams for data alignment
• Support UAT with accurate and relevant datasets

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis and/or ERP environments

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI
• Good understanding of ERP data structures
• High attention to detail and accuracy
