Data Research Specialist

Job brief

We are looking for a Data Research Specialist with strong analytical and research skills to identify, collect, verify, and maintain accurate data while supporting business and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted data research to identify potential leads and build ICP-based contact lists..
• Utilize tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay, Seamless, Adapt, Lusha, Lead411, and Skrapp for data extraction and enrichment.
• Perform web scraping using Apify or custom scripts to gather relevant market and company data.
• Maintain and manage structured data in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Verify and clean contact lists using tools like NeverBounce and ZeroBounce.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on ICP criteria and lead quality.
• Monitor data accuracy, identify gaps, and implement improvements in data quality processes.
• Stay updated on new data sourcing tools, automation trends, and best practices in lead research.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 0-3 years of experience in data research
• Experience in IT company or data related role is preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good ability to train people
