Data Science Analyst

The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of professional experience in Data Analytics and Data Engineering, along with working experience in ERP systems, with proven hands-on expertise in building data pipelines, performing advanced analytics, integrating ERP data sources, and deploying scalable data solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Analysis

• Clean, pre-process, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Handle missing values, outliers, and data inconsistencies using appropriate statistical techniques.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) using tools such as Python, R, SPSS, or other specialised statistical software.
• Develop predictive and analytical models to solve business problems and improve decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.

Data Visualization & Reporting

• Create clear, impactful visualizations including dashboards, charts, and analytical reports.
• Present findings and strategic insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Translate complex analytical results into business-friendly recommendations.

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and data scientists, fostering technical growth and professional development.
• Provide guidance on best practices in modeling, feature engineering, and data validation.
• Stay updated with the latest data science trends, tools, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously enhance team capabilities.
• Define data science strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Data Engineering & Infrastructure Collaboration

• Manage and monitor data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of data solutions within the company’s infrastructure.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning models in production environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Research Teams, Clients, and Business Units to define project goals, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to leadership.

ERP & Business Intelligence Integration

• Lead integration of ERP systems with data science models and business intelligence platforms.
• Ensure synchronisation between operational systems and analytical frameworks.
• Align ERP-driven data workflows with predictive modeling and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
• Proven experience in managing data pipelines and model deployment.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with analytics and BI tools.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles.
