Digital Marketing Analyst - Restaurant Chain

  • Digital Marketing Analyst Job Description:

1. Data Collection & Analysis:

  • Collect data from various digital platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, email campaigns, etc.)
  • Analyze performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, engagement rates, ROI, and customer behavior.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify trends in user behavior.

2. Reporting:

  • Create regular performance reports for digital campaigns across various channels.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data findings.
  • Present findings to stakeholders to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

3. Campaign Optimization:

  • Assess the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Test and measure different marketing strategies (A/B testing, content variations, targeting strategies).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaign strategies based on data insights.

4. SEO & SEM:

  • Analyze the performance of SEO and SEM campaigns to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Research and identify keyword opportunities for paid ads and organic growth.
  • Monitor PPC performance and optimize ad spending to ensure a good ROI.

5. Audience & Competitor Analysis:

  • Study target audience behaviors, preferences, and demographics to identify the best opportunities.
  • Track competitor digital marketing efforts and analyze trends to ensure competitive advantage.

6. Tool & Platform Management:

  • Use various digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Tableau, etc.) to extract insights and improve strategies.
  • Help manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems and ensure data integrity.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and other team members to align marketing strategies with data insights.
  • Assist in creating data-driven content strategies and campaigns to meet business goals.

Job Specification:

  • MBA in Marketing is a must.
  • At least 5 years of experience in directing and leading the marketing department of the Company.
  • Solid experience in managing integrated marketing communication, with good knowledge of restaurant operations and management.
  • Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
