Has Impex is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is experienced, analytical, and passionate about driving measurable ROI. Only serious and experienced candidates should apply.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, pixel/conversion tracking, and competitor analysis.
- Develop ad copies, creatives, and campaign structures aligned with business goals.
- Monitor daily performance, analyze metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with creative, SEO, and content teams for integrated campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience managing Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Experience in marketing leather jackets or fashion apparel brands is highly recommended and considered a strong plus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
